Agreement
By using happyshoppiing.com ("this site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Information only, not professional advice
Everything on this site is general information published for educational purposes. It is not professional, technical, electrical or safety advice, and it is not tailored to your particular battery, vehicle or installation. We are not a repair shop and we have no way of assessing your equipment remotely.
Where our guidance differs from the documentation supplied with your battery, charger or vehicle, follow the manufacturer. If you are unsure, use a qualified technician.
Working on lead-acid batteries involves real hazards, including sulfuric acid burns, permanent eye injury, explosion of vented hydrogen gas, high-current short circuits, fire and damage to vehicles and equipment. You act on the information here entirely at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety and for anyone else affected by what you do. Please read the safety page before attempting anything.
No guarantee of results
We make no promise, express or implied, that any battery can be recovered, that any capacity will be restored, that any recovery will last, or that you will save money. Whether reconditioning helps depends on the battery's chemistry, age, physical condition and failure mode, and many batteries cannot be recovered at all. Any figures, ranges or examples on this site are general illustrations, not predictions about your battery. Individual results vary.
Reconditioning methods are not applicable to lithium-ion batteries of any kind, and attempting them on lithium cells is dangerous. Nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
Third-party products and links
This site links to products sold by third parties, and we earn a commission on qualifying sales as described in our affiliate disclosure. We are not the seller, publisher or manufacturer of those products.
We do not control third-party content, pricing, delivery or support, and a link is not a warranty of quality, accuracy or fitness for your purposes. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that seller, governed by their terms, their refund policy and their privacy policy. Direct all order, payment, delivery and refund questions to them. We cannot resolve them and have no access to your order.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, and technical information can become outdated. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice. If you find an error, please tell us at Gufuurlan@gmail.com.
Intellectual property
The text and layout of this site are our property and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Republishing, scraping or reproducing substantial portions commercially without written permission is not permitted. Third-party names and marks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and their use here does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including personal injury, property damage, equipment failure, lost profits or any indirect or consequential loss — arising from your use of this site, from reliance on anything published here, or from any third-party product or website reached through a link on this site.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Acceptable use
Please do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape it in a way that burdens the service.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
