The short version
ReviveMyBattery earns money through affiliate commissions. Some links on this site point to products sold by other companies, and if you click one and go on to buy, we receive a commission from that sale. The price you pay is the same either way — the commission comes out of the seller's margin, not out of your pocket as an extra charge.
Which links are affiliate links
Currently the affiliate links on this site point to a third-party battery reconditioning course sold through ClickBank, a digital product marketplace. Those links are marked as sponsored links in the page code and are always accompanied by a visible note that we earn a commission.
Links to our own pages, and any links we include purely as a reference, are not affiliate links.
What we are not
We are not the seller, publisher or manufacturer of any product we link to. We do not process payments, we do not fulfil orders, we have no access to your order or account, and we cannot issue refunds. All of that is handled by the seller and by ClickBank as the retailer of record, under their own terms and refund policy. If you need support for a purchase, contact them, not us.
How this affects what we write
It would be dishonest to pretend a commission has no influence at all, so here is our position instead. The guides on this site are written to be accurate whether or not you ever click an affiliate link, which is why a good deal of the content tells you not to attempt reconditioning — when a battery has a shorted cell, when it is physically damaged, when it is simply too old, and in every case involving lithium chemistry. Those sections cost us commissions. They stay because a site that tells you only the profitable half of the story is not worth reading.
We do not claim to have independently tested every third-party product we link to, and you should not read a link as a personal endorsement of results. Judge any paid product on its own refund policy and on your own research.
No guarantee of results
Nothing on this site, and no product linked from it, guarantees that a given battery can be recovered. Outcomes depend on the battery's chemistry, age, condition and failure mode. Many batteries cannot be recovered at all. Please read our terms of use for the full position on this.
Advertising
We also pay to advertise this site on third-party advertising platforms, including Google Ads. That means you may have arrived here from a paid advertisement. Our privacy policy explains the measurement tags this involves and the data they collect.
